Nonna's Cucina : How to make de best meatball

So big so soft.

- Lotsa Beef

- Same amount Pork

- A bit of milk

- 3 slices white bread from the grocery store

- Ricotta

- Lotsa Parmigiano

- 2 eggs

- Lotsa salt

- Parsley Italian

- Garlic

Make big soft balls in your hand. Cook in pan with olive oil for 15 to 20 minutes. Pour in homemade tomato sauce and cook 30 minutes. Put with spaghetti and lotsa parmigiano on top.
