Nonna's Cucina: How to make Italian Pizzelle

Makes about 70 pizelle

- 6 big eggs

- 3 quarters of cup to one and one quarters of cup of sugar. The more sugar the more hard. I donna like soft so I put lotsa sugar.

- 3 quarters of cup salad oil

- 1 and 3 quarter of cup flour

- 3 big spoons anise flavour

Beat eggs. Beat in sugar. Beat in oil. Add flour. Add flavour.

Plug in Pizzelle maker. Put big spoon of batter on maker and bake until get dark.

Cool down and give lotsa to the grandbabies.
